Our StoryMuch like how Jesus rose from the dead, our community must rise from difficult circumstances like poverty, limited healthcare resources and limited education to provide a better future for our children. These challenges are what our community face, so we were inspired to name our organization: He Rose.

Our VisionIn our community of Gayaza, located in the Wakiso district of Uganda, quality social services and school education require fees that vulnerable and underprivileged populations cannot afford.
We aim to provide full community support to orphans and other youths in need which grant them opportunities to pursue the education they need to become agents of social change. |

He Rose Community Ministries started as a self-funded project in 2012 and relies on strong support from volunteer teachers and staff.
